| Viognier - Aromas of peach, apricot, and honeysuckle follow through in the flavor and are accompanied with a nutty, lingering finish. An earth-mineral backbone is derived from the granitic red-clay hillsides of the region. These grapes were cold-pressed whole-cluster and barrel-fermented in large format barrels. $21 |

| White Merlot - A light, crisp, fruity off-dry style makes this wine the perfect summer sipper. Enjoy as an aperitif or with light bistro or deli fare. These grapes were de-stemmed whole berry and lightly pressed to preserve the freshest qualities of the red Merlot fruit. $12.00 |

| Sangiovese Rose' - A delicate fruity profile with a spicy Italian influence from the Sangiovese grape provides a refined and complex rose’ experience. Slight off-dry finish pairs with a wide array of exotically spiced cuisine. Partial skin contact on fermentation, light barrel aging and a hint of Touriga provide added complexity to this wine. $12 |

| Reserve Chardonnay - has a floral-sweet nose, giving way to melon and pear flavors leading to a dry, mellow finish. The complexities of barrel fermenting in European oak with regular stirring of the yeast lees influence the mellow richness of this Chardonnay. $19.00 |

| Viognier Reserve - The reserve is a rich, full-bodied voluptuous white wine with more complexity from riper fruit,
barrel fermentation, and lees aging. This Viognier has the balance of being crisp on the tongue,
yet a full lingering finish of ripe viscosity--it's why we call it the "red wine drinker's white
wine". Peach, Apricot, honeysuckle notes and a touch of minerality typical of our Viogniers. Very
versatile in food pairings, especially as a lighter but complex summer alternative to red wine.

Merlot - Blackberries, cherry, and soft jammy notes dominate a light herbal quality, notable in Merlots. The warm earthy complexity is imparted by the granitic red-clay hillsides of the region. These grapes were uncrushed, gravity fed, hand-punched, and bottled without filtration, each quality hallmarks of hand-crafted, limited-production wine.

Sangiovese - grown in Georgia? You bet! This Italian Renaissance has risen from its straw-basket roots to become a favorite among wine lovers. Our version is light-bodied with bright fruit flavors and plenty of the zingy-spice of Sangiovese, and pairs best with savory meats and heavy spice.

| Cabernet Sauvignon - exhibits a concentrated structure of dark fruit wrapped in firm but silky-smooth tannins. None of the sometimes one-dimensional herbaceous character found in lesser Cabernet versions. This wine is smooth enough to enjoy now but should reward extended cellaring with greater perfume, complexity and smoothness. $25.00 |

Reserve Merlot - displays a concentrated structure of jammy berry, plum and dark cherry, and strong herbal and eucalyptus notes. A great balance of intense fruit and tannin structure shows why this may be the best variety for Georgia and, perhaps, the southeast. Great now and great for the cellar.
Reviewed by Miami wine writer Henry
Barrow as "...the best red wine on the east coast..."

| Reserve Touriga -
This exotic variety pairs exceptionally well with savory meats, rich sauces and spicy dishes. Touriga is perhaps the least known but highest quality varietal in the world. Our Touriga finds a surprising home on the steep, red slopes of the Dahlonega Mountains. The heady front palate can display a complex mix of wild game, tobacco, herb, spice and chocolate notes. Like most Touriga, this wine has excellent structure, worthy of extended cellering. Reserve Touriga
